How is PPGI made?
Using a hot-dip galvanized steel coil as a substrate, the PPGI is made by first going through the surface pretreatment, then coating one or more layers of liquid coating by roller coating and finally cooking and cooling.

Pre-coated metal GI is a product that has continuously painted a zinc-plated steel sheet. The most commonly used material is GI. More than 85% of the total production of the KG Steel is Pre-coated metal GI.
What is the weight of a PPGI sheet?
The base metal of PPGI is carbon steel, whose density is about 7.85 tons/cubic meters. For example, if the PPGI sheet is 0.5 mm in thickness, 0.9 m in width, and 2.4 m in length, the weight per piece will be 0.5*0.9*2.4*7.85=8.478 kg.
